I must admit I love this picture. Home Cake! It’s one of my all-time favorite signs, and probably my favorite business name — right up there with Family Donut. (Huh. Seems there’s a theme here..)

Walkies!

We went for a real walk today! It felt so good to be out in the air. Baby did wonderfully well in her stroller, too. We went hunting for a coffee place over on Roosevelt — amazing we’d never done that before — and found just what we were looking for about a mile away from the house. I have no idea what it was called. We’ll be going there again as weather permits. Plus we ran across a newish Italian place, we might try their Sunday brunch tomorrow. We were out for over an hour and a half, and Baby didn’t fuss at all until we were almost home. Yay Baby!
