Whhhaaaat? That changes everything. I still want to touch it, I will be very careful. Fine. I won’t touch it.
Can I eat it? Is it made of lovely sculpted chocolate? I am going to have to give this more thought. I will get back to you. Don’t tell me what it is…no matter how much I whine and cry and gnash about.
mmmmm, chocolate. It’s not chocolate. It is sculpted by physics.
k, I won’t tell you, but there might be more hints. And I can’t guarantee that one of the thousands of other loyal readers might guess correctly and let the cat out of the bag.
Hello sister of Femily! I am Calvin and friend of well, your sister. I’ve been recruited for “guessing”….love to play! It looks like condensation on a pot lid….

It looks brassy, but I’m not sure. In any case, it’s a cool picture.

Is it the base of an old lamp? or an old door bell? Or some sort of cast iron crock lid?

Nope… nope… oooooh, so close!

I want to touch it. If I were in the room with it, the temptation would be too great to resist. Is it an old anything?

It is not old. But fragile — touching would mess it up.

Physics? Sculpted by physics? Perhaps sound waves?

hmm, nah, forget about that. here’s a better hint: part of it is very very fragile and part of it is really not fragile at all.
