I just heard from a friend’s blog (thanks, Cat!) that 826 Valencia is expanding to Seattle! Yay! Welcome Dave Eggers and cohorts. I only wish I hadn’t missed the benefit.. that’s what I get for relaxing over the weekend instead of going to Bumbershoot.

It was a fantastic benefit! Think you’ll volunteer with 826? They need smart cookies like you to work with the kids! (Come to think of it, my nonprofit needs smart cookies like you too! If you’re ever looking for volunteer opportunities, do let me know). Hope you’re well…
